Applicants will be placed on the reservation list in a manner I see appropriate. I reserve the right to remove you from the reservation list if I no longer see you as a suitable person for one of our puppies.
 

Only one copy of your Asgård puppy will be sent to you. I will keep another copy on my computer in case your copy is lost or the dog is reclaimed.
 

The dog is not to be put up for any kind of public downloading or to be used for making other dogs. The dog's file is not to be shared with anyone else unless Roseya is consulted about it first, including breedings you might have with another person.
 

Altering the dog beyond shine/shader markings is not allowed. Depending on the severity may result in dog(s) being reclaimed. If you have issues with the dog showing up incorrect in any way, you are required to contact Roseya in order to fix the issue together before the dog is entered in competitions.
 

You must be an active participant at the SFCI to be qualified to receive a dog from Roseya.​
The dog should be actively shown in the SFCI until it gets at least one conformation champion title and one sporting title before being bred or retired.​
 

When receiving a dog from me, you agree to my right to a puppy from future litters second to the breeders, regardless of my activity status.

If you no longer want an Asgård dog, it is to be returned to Roseya for further decisions. Change in ownership is decided by Roseya first and foremost.
 

In case you experience a hiatus or are otherwise incapable of showing the dog adequately as outlined above, contact Roseya to discuss a plan of action regarding the dog(s) from Asgård.

I reserve the right to reclaim all dogs owners have from any of the kennels managed by Roseya. (Listed below). Circumstances dogs might be reclaimed are: rulebreaks, inactivity, and general disrespect to Roseya or kennels. Dogs when reclaimed will be established in the last point of contact with the offender. If anything is reclaimed, it may result in a blacklisting for the foreseen future from Roseya dogs.

Receiving a dog from Roseya, is an agreement to adhere to these rules- applied to all dogs under these Kennels: Keoeeit, Asgård, Völuspá, Gin No Kiba and Moonbeam dogs. Including outliers that do not fit these names.
