Applicants will be placed on the reservation list in a manner I see appropriate. I reserve the right to remove you from the reservation list at any point if I find you unsuitable for one of my dogs.

I reserve the right to reclaim any & all dogs made by me in the case of rule violations, disrespect, blocking, inactivity or any other reason warranting reclamation. When dogs are reclaimed it will be established in the last point of contact, whether the message is received or not does not prevent reclamation and is not my issue.

It is forbidden to change the dog's show name.

Only one copy of your dog will be sent to you. I will keep another copy on my computer in case your copy is lost or the dog is reclaimed.

It is strictly forbidden to use the dog's base for making any other dogs including offspring. It is not a template, same goes for the coat. The dog's file is not to be shared with anyone else or to be put up for downloading.

Altering the dog beyond shine/shader markings is not allowed. If you have issues with the dog showing up incorrect in any way, contact Roseya.

You must be an active participant at the SFCI or the SUKC to be qualified to receive a dog.​ The dog should be actively shown in either club until it gets at least one conformation champion title and one sporting title before being bred or retired.​ In case of a longer hiatus & untitled dogs, contact me.

Change in ownership is always decided by Roseya first and foremost, if you no longer want the dog it is to be returned to Roseya. 

Receiving a dog is an agreement to adhere to these rules, verification is codeword. Applied to all dogs created by Roseya regardless of the prefix/suffix.

I reserve the right for any rule changes at any given time, the changes apply to all previously made dogs too.
